On a prepared homesite in one of Curate's communities, most builds take 9 to 12 months. Building on your own land usually takes 18 months or more, because the site has to be evaluated and access and utilities brought in before construction can start. If you'd rather skip the wait entirely, a move-in-ready designer home can have you settled in as little as 4 to 8 weeks.
Lots Are the Most Time-Sensitive
Of all the pieces of a custom build, the lot is usually the one that won't wait. Homesites in Curate's communities are limited, including Franklin Preserve, North Shore Heights, and Black Creek. Once they're gone, they're gone.
